what pickup.every which way but loose

Hi guys,not been on here for a while but nice to see the forum is still going strong,and and super models being made.

Ok over the weekend a few good films where on and one being every which way but loose,one of my favourate films.

And after seeinf this film lots and lots of times,i only just noticed the pickup truck that was pushed into the water.

What i seen of it,it was great looking like a brown/bronze in colour and had some nice pinstriping to it.

So could someone please tell me what truck this was,and if there is a kit available.

It was a 1977/78 GMC K-1500

Doing a kit of it is some what doable I believe

Now what kit would be the correct one for this build?

And there doesn't seem to be much shown of this truck for some reason.

So allot of it would be guess work.

One of these would probley work with some modifications

Your best bet actually would be to use the Monogram kits. Find a Chevy kit to get the correct body and a GMC Jimmy kit to give you the GMC grille and bush guard.

I agree with Chris. Instead of buying both kits, you may be able to just trade grilles with someone. Or you could buy the recently reissued GMC pickup with the plow and trade the beds.
