mikemodeler Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 On this day please pause and remember all of those men, women and children we lost 12 years ago.
Guest Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Amen! I cannot believe no one here has responded. Sad commentary.

DSHWoodworks Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 I will NEVER forget!!! I make a few of these pieces every year. My wife and I go to NYC at least once a year, we just love that city. In Oct of 2011 I took one of these pieces and placed it at ground zero. We placed it there at about 9am and it was still there when we came back through at midnight. I have no idea what ever happened to it, I just hope that it helped at least one person to never forget.
charlie8575 Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 I wasn't home most of (now yesterday) and just found this. I will never forget. Nobody I know ever will. Doug- nice piece of woodworking. Charlie Larkin
Agent G Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 I really do not think anyone that experienced that morning will ever forget. New Yorkers for sure. That was the most surreal day I ever had in a 34 year police career and I worked 1700 miles away from ground zero. It effected EVERYONE. G
Deano Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Amen! I cannot believe no one here has responded. Sad commentary. Sad commentary, indeed, that some people may find other ways of remembering that day other than posting to model car forum.
