I had to send a bunch of paperwork to a  title company following my car accident, which totaled my car.So the title company sends me a few forms that needed to be notarized, along with a large envelope and two FEDEX labels.I was told by the company to put the label of the title company in the clear plastic window in the envelope,Then I was told to put my return label somewhere on the envelope. So I put it on the front.Had everything signed and notarized, then dropped it off at a Fed ex drop box.Im thinking ok,they should receive the paperwork in the next day or so.Well today,I walk outside and sitting on my porch is the delivered envelope. In other words, despite following the instructions,,the morons at Fed ex delivered the sealed envelope to my house.Even though my return label said “sender”.So FedEx just assumed it was being shipped to me.I mean why would they ship it right back to me,and not the title company?🤬🤬😤Welp I called FedEx to see what happened.I was told I have to get another envelope, then to put my return label inside a new envelope, along with the paperwork. Then put the label to go to the title company on the outside of the new envelope.Luckily I made copies of the labels in case of any problems…I’ve come to the conclusion that Fed Ex SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Sadly it's not just FedEx that does stuff like this.

Blame a failed "education" system that produces graduates with poor reading-comprehension and critical-thinking skills, and a culture that accepts constant distraction by "smart phone" rather than focus on the task at hand.

If properly trained and implemented , AI should be good at reducing the frequency of this particular kind of problem, but it's disturbing we now feel the need to rely on machines to do something so simple correctly.

We labeled workers like that as a "Liability" and gave them walking papers. No lost time accidents meant "cleaning house"!

It's not my call, I'm sure the boss is heavily leaning towards that. Gotta play by the rules and all that.
