I don't see why it should be unless you were the one who left the 'deposits' and they were obviously of human origin.  :)

After I got through with my morning school runs, my trusty Corolla was used as target practice by what was was Canadian Geese. The left rear quarter, back window and trunk lid were hit hard, A flock of them hang around in the area where my company is situated. I immediately drove to the car wash and along the way, the car was getting plenty of stares. I pulled into the wash and the manager and his employees were surprised by the mess. $40 and 15 minutes later, the Corolla was clean as a whistle again. I have an image to uphold. 

It quite was embarrassing for me though. 

Them dang geese. The parking lot outback of where I used to work,  was under the path that the geese flew over to get to the nearby pond. It was almost a daily occurrence to have the vehicles peppered with geese poo. Very annoying to say the least. You did right by having it washed as soon as possible. That stuff if not cleaned and then sits in the baking sun for a extended period of time can reak havoc on a paint job.
