Yeah, Peter, I have to join the gang and say Excellent!

This one really got to me, though.

As a senior in high school, I got to drive the 1:1 of this Caddy (same color scheme) in our homecoming parade. It was my first experience with driving a car that big! As part of the deal for the homecoming committee to borrow it, I had to promise the owner that it would be returned to him thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Do you have any idea how much time it takes to wash, wax, and detail something this big??? But it was worth it...I still smile when I think of it almost 40 years later.

Mike, what a great moment to look back on. It occurs to me that I've NEVER been in a Cadillac of any sort. But I did once go to an American car show near Zürich with my boss in his 66 Mercury convertible. I was 40-something at the time but felt like a little kid.

Very nice replication of the box-art car, Peter.

I have that kit and do want to build it sometime. I'm leaning towards some kind of blue/blue combination, but yours is very nicely done.
