I had to reinforce the sides with plastic square stock and with metal inserts

next I installed the speaker

reattached the hood and sides

today I worked on the side of the hood, theres a lot of parts to make here . tomorrow I will do the other side

I made the lid/door to the rear storage box

today I made the air cleaner, wind shield wiper mounts and started on the right side hood

GOOD NEWS and BAD NEWS , bad news is I have to take apart. good news is , the lower hull will be painted

a day of disassembling, sanding and painting . im thinking 3 days

I kept the drive shafts black, linkage black and painted the brake drums flat black . still need to paint the air containers

little by little she's coming back together , I cant paint the roof yet, as there is a lot of parts that I still need to make

theres a couple of platforms that sit on top the rear fenders , I made one so far

these are the parts that I cut and put together for the platform . this is the right side that made today

here it is finished and painted

next I started on the roof top. there is 6 hatches to be cut and made .

cut the holes, drilled 96 holes and started with the micro screws

screws are in, roof Is glued , tomorrow I will sand and start on the hatches

If I where the minister of defense in The Netherlands: By decree Oshkosh would be the sole supplier of vehicles to the Royal Dutch Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air force for centuries to come,unfortunately these vehicles are too large for our roads :D

these trucks are pretty kool , but huge . thanks man

started on the hatches,

I put the inner panels on the hatches and made some handles

next I put some angles under the windows

I made some rear antenna mount

made some rear light mounts and use the knight hauler light buckets, perfect size

I started on the rear ladder, here i used hollow plastic tubing, solid metal rod for shaping and a threaded rod for mounting

upper and lower ladder is made, hinged and mounted, here it is pictured up

pictured down , now i need to sand and add diamond plate for steps

made the mirror mounts, added the diamond plate on steps and add couple things here and there

I made the next part for the mirrors, its the outer casing, next is the inner mirror
