I already gave out the secret for the fuel filter. Cheap and easy.

Sorry Johann. I pulled the fender out of the parts bin and have no idea want they're from. If push comes to shove, you could always slit the original fender and widen it with Evergreen strips.

Try some 1/24 scale fenders. The scale difference may help with the width.
