Holy Cow!!! It is a very different vechicle. Personally I don't see how it can be street legal . Plate may be from something else unless there is some "special use" (parade etc) plate in that state. I seriously doubt that you could get a plate for it in Pa.

Oh, and incidentally, I checked my 87 S10 Blazer frame. I do believe we have a match.

Just saw this thread, and I will say that looks familiar! I saw it at a car show last year here. The exhaust is cool since it runs through those large milk jugs on either side, and it sounds awesome. Certainly interesting!
