Plastheniker Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Even if it sounds stereotyped there is nothing more to say than: Another interesting and attractive kit, flawlessly built and perfectly photographed.
peekay Posted October 22, 2013 Author Posted October 22, 2013 Thanks everyone, you made my day!Matt, as a photographer I'm a total beginner on a borrowed camera and this is the only type of shot I can do. The camera doesn't respond well to more distance from subject - could be just me though. But thanks for the tip anyway.Ray, I had the lenses painted on the sprue and had removed them cleanly but lost them one after the other as soon as I started to handle them - never even saw in which direction they flew.Sonny, that Top Gear car was my inspiration. I would have gone with wire wheels too but I didn't much care for the kit items.
sjordan2 Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 So far, your fellow members have said stunning, awesome perfect. I don't know what to add.
BigBad Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 An excellent example of one of my favorite Ferraris! Great job!
sak Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Trivia:only one of those oil filters was fuctional. The other was merely a spare mounted there for symetricality! Courtesty of baret jackson hosts.
peekay Posted October 23, 2013 Author Posted October 23, 2013 Thanks for further comments. Trivia:only one of those oil filters was fuctional. The other was merely a spare mounted there for symetricality! Courtesty of baret jackson hosts.Amazing. That reminds me of the story of the first pre-production Lamborghini V-12 presentation: it later leaked out that much of it was made of wood!
