Joe R. Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 (edited) Monogram 1/24 scale. A rare kit of the High Roller 4x4 series. Issued 1981. Tamiya Bright Red. Supercharged 454 big block with puller exhaust. Edited November 15, 2007 by Joe R.
Jantrix Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 I've seen that kit on Ebay several times. I've been sorely tempted to go for that one, and your not helping my self control very much. Real nice work. Looks spot on perfect. Although a 1:1 version of that, would probably get the owner chased out of town by the local muscle car club.
Joe R. Posted November 15, 2007 Author Posted November 15, 2007 We had 1:1 muscle car / 4x4 conversions running all over San Jose during the '80s. A shop called Bull Shift built a '69 'Cuda 4x4. Maybe the shop was run out of town since it's no longer around.

I think there was someone down the street where I lived had one, but it's so long ago I can't remember exactly. By the way, nice build.
