I'm trying to change my avatar but I keep getting an error message but I know the link is a good one. Can you only use the avatars in the gallery?

Your avatar is limited to a certain size. That may be the error you're getting. Is the avatar you're trying to upload too big?

It's 100X44 pixels. So it should be small enough.

I see what happened. It is possible to think that this site is an E-Zine site, where everything is in the cyber world and there is no paper.

Well, you uploaded your Chevy logo avatar, so obviously you know how to do it.

Did you click on "Edit Avatar Settings" in the Profile section on the "My Controls" page? If that didn't work, I have no idea why your new one won't upload.

Good news!! My wife gave me a subscription to Model Cars Magazine for Christmas. I have also succesfully downloaded a personal avatar and a personal photo.
