Thanks Pete. That is the impact I was going for so I'm glad you think it worked.

Got the headlight covers and the taillight pieces painted and inserted.

This morning, I cut out a dark grey sheet of fine sandpaper for the base cover and marked where to put the mounting wires around the axles. Just a few minor tasks to get done before mounting to the base of the display case. Getting really close to being done.

Thanks for the offer on the decals. I have half a dozen different sets from different maker for the 21 63 Daytona winner. Hopefully I can mix and match and get what I want. I have an old JnJ set that has the taped over Panch name with Tiny Lund on it. If they shatter I may take you up on the decal offer. Oh The car looks great with the head and tail light covers.

What a great job on this build.

The old "stockers" had so much more character then the cars of today.
