Milliput Won't Harden

Okay I messed up the mix ratio apparently and now after two weeks the putty is still soft. Any suggestions for hardening before I completely remove it and start over? Thank you.

Milliput hardens via a chemical reaction, not by "drying," so if the reaction still hasn't happened after two weeks... it's not going to happen. Get rid of it and start over.

One thing about using these type putties(there are several like this) You have plenty of time to mix/knead them. I usually roll a chunk of each into a ball and then compare the size. If your going to err, err on the side of the hardener. I then roll out each ball into a string and mix together. I wear gloves and then roll into a ball and then into a string again. I spend about 5 to 10 minutes mixing.
