I try to find out until which year the blue an white paint sheme was used be USPS? What is the best color for the blue in that paint sheme

That scheme was used, I'd say from the 1970s until maybe around the early '80s sometime. I vaguely remember a few mailtrucks like that when I was a little kid, so probably no later than around 1982-83 when they got the Grumman vans.
