FASTBACK340 Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Just had a surprise: I have no black ignition wire! I might get lucky at my LHS (they have LIMITED detail master stuff…) and score some today. If not, who do you guys use for on-line supplies? If I'm placing an order, I'll stock up. I usually buy my materials at NNL East, but I'm hoping to display finished models in April! Thanks gang….
tubbs Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 a lot of guys swear by pro tech. Charlie is a real great guy. never heard anything negative about his stuff or his delivery time. I am sure you will get more examples and I am sorry if I left people out. dogs rule? you got that right!!
FASTBACK340 Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Pro Tech doesn't do on-line ordering?!? I have to WRITE what I want and send a…a….check ? I haven't written a check in AGES! Wow. Old school is Cool. Order going out as soon as I print the form…. Thanks Al!
FASTBACK340 Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Oh, BTW: I scored at my LHS with the ignition wire. Time to do the Hemi….

lordairgtar Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Someone you know may be employed in the electronics industry as an assembler. i get most of my braided line and wires from my job. Just gotta ask permission from the Boss before I take.
Toner283 Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Go to radio shack and find a product called kynar wire. A 50 foot roll is about 6 dollars and is just about perfect for 1/24-25 scale spark plug wire. It is available in black, red, white, blue, and other colors too. Lots cheaper than 5 bucks for a 3 foot piece.
