how would i do suicide doors on a 1956 ford f100?

Just be sure to put the hinges at the rear edge of the doors.

I would make them from wire instead of trying to relocate the spindly Revell plastic ones. Make sure there's enough area behind the door to fit the hinge. I'm not sure how shallow the cab is in that area.
