ranma Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 It started with the recent reissue of the Pepsi cargo C-600 Ford and is being turned into a fire truck. Thanks to pumper parts from a Le France pumper fire truck.
Old Buckaroo Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I just saw a real one drive by my house less then 15 minutes ago except it was green /yellow. (I live in a broke small town) Yours looks great, I ;like builds that combines other kits and parts.
every second counts Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 That looks great, i agree with old buckaroo in combing kits to make it your own,i.e. something you can't buy. I just got a lafrance ladder truck in a trade, i was going to sell it but i think i will be looking for the pepsi truck.
explorer2770 Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Rick, Your conversion looks good. I picked up a ALF pumper kit last weekend that a guy had bought to do the same conversion that you are doing, he just never started it. What is your plan for the jump seat area that was on the ALF pumper kit?
Jim B Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Ford C-Series pumpers were quite popular (or so I'm told). Yours looks really nice.
