The Modeling Hermit Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 I like your lighting too. It gives quite an eerie affect.
george 53 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Are you MARRIED? Seems like ALOT of stuff for a woman to tolerate! To ME, its BEAUTIFUL, but I KNOW most wimmins would just roll their eyes at THAT much "Junk Cars" It looks GREAT!!!!!
The Modeling Hermit Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Some of us have amazing wives who not only support our hobby but strongly encourage it. My wife insisted that I stop hiding my models in the model room and place them on display in the living room, then the dining room, and now there are models in her sewing room. I'm also encouraged to weather them. Once she saw Don Yost's videos I was doomed to super detailing. George you are most certainly right that his work is stunning. It just draws one into the scene.

f1ford48 Posted March 27, 2014 Author Posted March 27, 2014 Very nice work! You should send a picture to Iggy& Seb. They would like to see your work. Whos Iggy and Seb? - this is Abe and Fergys!
hack-n-whack Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Iggy&Seb have their own forum. They like junkyard and weathered models. They also offer tips and tricks. They do diorama stuff too.
charlie8575 Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Even better with the up-close pictures. Frank, this is absolutely beautiful. Truly magnificent work. Charlie Larkin
peekay Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 The close-ups are extroardinary. I wouldn't have expected such an extensive diorama to retain it's realism at close range. Stunning!
