Looking good, I've been trying one myself...I think I'm going to re-do and try your approach. Can't wait to see more.

Nice work, and you make it look so easy. Where do you get the plans for projects like this ?

I use to drive a truck with a lowboy that could haul 80 tons or more, it was a little beefier. That mama jama measured 102' from front bumper to rear deck.

It was a lot of fun to drive but a rough ride .

I fully agree with Richard this lowboy is not a 80 tons.A 60-ton today must have a jeep of at least two axles and the lowboy five axles. In the 1980s a 55 ton lowboy had three axles with with suspension springs. The law of the road load was less severe than today.

You keep plugging along on this, Man....I think you're gonna have a really nice trailer to show for the work you're putting into it....I pretty much eyeball just about everything and don't pay much attention to accuracy.....If it looks right, it is right....Just like building a fence, to me.....Who cares what the actual rating would be in 1:1....It's a model, Man...And I'm not saying anything against anyone, either, but it's a model.....It's whatever you say it is, Justin.....Thank you for taking the time to post it....I can't wait to see more.....I like where you're going with this....

Thank you sooo much for that. I second everything you said it is. And your right it can be anything I want. So you know what it's a trillion ton lowboy used for hauling the moon around the Earth lmao. To back to a serious note though I appreciate your kindness. It's people like you and Henry that keep me motivated and challenge myself to do better :)
