vypurr59 Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Too bad the Government will add emissions equipment, and restrict it's speed to a whopping 120mph. LOL

Ridge Rider Posted March 1, 2014 Author Posted March 1, 2014 A little more info and it seems very affordable (cough) http://www.foxnews.com/leisure/2014/02/24/hennessey-venom-gt-claims-top-speed-record-for-usa-at-270-mph/?intcmp=features
fumi Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 When I first saw the car i thought it was a Lotus...It is based on the Lotus Exige.
om617 Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 So they assemble the chassis and car in UK,only thing assembled in the US are the engine, then they ship the engine by air to UK. DonW Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 When I first saw the car i thought it was a Lotus... Me too!
DonW Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 Does anyone know what GT stands for? I know those responsible for the Hennessey GT don't! This is a GT:
