Thnx Dominic I'll try that glue tip.

I shortened the body because the sedan was just too long and bulky to my eye.

I cut the front to adjust the engine bay area. It had large gaps up the hood line.

This is an old AMT kit and nothing fits properly.

Thanks everyone for the comments, I'm in uncharted territory for me, and your input me keeps me goin' :D

So anyway,.....

Added some flares out of Plastruct strips....

Milliput two part putty rolled and applied with wet q-tip

Oh and found the rims/tires for this one,....Michelins with moons

Small update,....

Dremeled and filed and sanded (Oh My!!)

The flairs on one side to make sure this'll work and....not bad.. scaled down ALOT!!

Sorry for all the pics,.. but the flatt black eats all the light.

Working on chassis now....Thinking of leaving exhaust and making a twin for it just the thought of grinding all that styrene off and re-doing has got me stumped ,...so maybe next time (wink, smiley)!

Thnx Stan, I was kinda stumped for a bit,... but, after cutting the floor of the interior out and raising it up into the tub,

I won't be opening the doors so, all good.

Thnx Dominik I do like the Black sandable primer colour too, but I'm thinking Maroon with a red candy over :D

Finally got this one into paint and clear!!

Colour is Duplicolor Dark Cherry Metallic

I was very puzzled as to why, You did "ALL"

that cutting and chopping and . . . . . . . .

"NOW" I know why!

WOW!!

I really like what You have done with this build to date!

Very impressive for sure, the body work, the fender flares, the paint choice!

So I started polishing with 1000 wet,..

Then 2000 wet...

Then Tamiya Fine Compound on a Cotton t-shirt scrap

Lett it dry ,.. then Rub one out wlth a clean spot on the T...... (that didn't sound right) :lol::lol::lol:

Then finally rub some Meguiars Ultimate to take out the slight orange peel

Now on to the rest of the body

Patience,.. I like to do a 1/4 a night ,..

Something to do while I watch the HAWKS win another
