Ford C 600 Sleeper conversion

Looking for information leading to the purchase of a resin sleeper conversion for the AMT Ford C600. I've seen them on Ebay, but not recently. Any help would be great.

I seem to remember that AITM has a C-Series sleeper. It's not listed on his site, but I think I saw one on his table at a recent show. Email him to see.

The Hendrix Resin cab & sleeper are very good castings. The sleeper is not exactly like the real one but pretty close.
