TFchronos Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Beautiful work, that shade of red is gorgeous. Engine looks really nice too, the pink oil pan was very unexpected.
always painting Posted May 7, 2014 Author Posted May 7, 2014 If you look really close I used mopar colors on the oil pan the mopar pink an the bolts an mopar sublime green
Speedfreak Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Looks great Paul! I know what you mean about painting by hand with a brush! Gotta get in the Zen mode.
always painting Posted May 9, 2014 Author Posted May 9, 2014 Just thinking about the front seats an door panels makes me wanna just spray everything black... lol never that I think im gonna paint the panels tomorrow. Thanks to all for looking...
Speedfreak Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 (edited) If you can, you could bare metal foil the door panels and cut out what you want red and spray, same thing on the front seats. That's how I did the two tone door panels on my '71 duster. Edited May 9, 2014 by Speedfreak
always painting Posted May 9, 2014 Author Posted May 9, 2014 I thought about it but whatever I spray red won't be the same shade an I would rather paint it not sure why maybe cause thats how I have been doing it for the past 32 years. I know im only 34 but been a builder before the age of 2..
