I stumbled upon this bizarre conveyance while doing a random image search, and haven't been able to find any info' on it. It's clearly from some B movie, but which one?

I love the look, and want to build something similar, since I just happen to have acquired some earth-mover tires and was wondering what to do with them.

Could be from Mad Max Fury Road, the new one they're working on now. Should be out sometime later this summer from what I've read.

I don't know but I bet you have a hell of a time getting that big tire up to speed. probably a chain sprocket the size of the wheel.

Yes, stands for Live Action Role Playing game. basically cosplay on steroids. A lot of people do this in conjunction with conventions. The use of vehicles specially built is not common.
