Kind of a throwback to the original "Bullit" mustang, although it was a 68. Cool. James

Jeff Johnston Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 (edited) Is that paint laquer or enamel ? If its laquer it sure looks like it has the correct metallic flake...it looks perfect. The testors Metallic paints (laquer) I've used look very flakey...like a bass boat. Your looks perfect. JJ Edited January 5, 2008 by Jeff Johnston

BTW, nice build. What is "BBF"?
Robert81 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 (edited) Nice 'Stang. That "Big Block Ford" looks like it's from Revell's 69 Shelby, but the exhaust manifolds are from AMT's 68 Shelby. Are those slicks on the back? Edited January 5, 2008 by Robert81
crispy Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Absolutely perfect color for that car. Stance is perfect too. You've got a great build on your hands. That green has to be one of my favorites. I've yet to paint something with it though. Look forward to it being finished! Chris
Fast Floyd Posted January 8, 2008 Author Posted January 8, 2008 Thanks Everyone!!! The Paint is Enamel, The Engine is from a Revell 69 GT 500. The Manifolds: The Left is from 69 GT 500, the right is from a 66 Fairlane Gt. The Magnum 500 are from the parts box. Oh yeah Mark BBF is Big Block Ford. Thanks for all the Comments. I'll keep you posted on the out come LOL Floyd
