In between working on the Ford C600 and the Aerosedan, I wanted to do a fun little quick build... This was started last summer, but I lost interest in it due in part to unsure of what direction I wanted this build to go and door fitment issues... Well, I've been slowly unpacking since we moved into our new home and I found one of my trailers I built that came from the 76 Caprice kit... So since the trailer looked lonely, I figured I'd do a rusted junker... This will be complete with ( I mean incomplete) missing doors, engine, and interior components such as seats...

Anywho... Here's a few pics... I've stripped some chrome, and raided the parts boxes for wheels and tires...

Looks like a cool project. One thing to consider is that the grill shells on 30 and 31 model A's were polished stainless steel so you may want to use some metalizer or Alcad on the shell and avoid adding any rust to that part.

Seeing that pic of the '40 delivery in the back inspired me to keep mine instead of trading it... I could never think of what to do with it until I saw that roof chop!
