Matt T. Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) Can I use an Accurate Miniatures/Revell Grand Sport to make a roadster version? Aside from cutting off the roof and fabricating a rear deck, is there an easy kit or parts source for the rollbar fairing? What about cutting down the removed roof section to fab the rollbar fairing? Thanks. (I know there's an HRM resin transkit, but I don't want to spend the $$ on that.) Edited June 20, 2014 by Matt T.
afx Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 It is possible after all the AM Coupe is the kit HRM started with to create the trans-kit but is is no easy conversion. Have you seen all that's included in HRM kit?

Have you seen all that's included in HRM kit? Oh, I'm sure it was the basis and yes, I've seen the HRM kit contents. Being that the roadsters were 427s too, the HRM kit is the way to go for anyone wanting an accurate Grand Sport Roadster.
