Well 2007 is gone and I still have a couple of things in the work bench that didn't make it through. I decided to put them aside for now and start a fresh project that I already had in mind for a while, the 1955 BMW-507.

This is a very nice kit and I am sure it will be very fun to build. The body is already painted, polished and so far I started to work on the engine. The paint is the original 1955 color "Signal Red" wich I had it mix at a local automotive paint store.

Hope you like it and thanks for looking...

Thank you all for your comments!!!!!

Hi Kelson, I am using the kit instructions for the assembly, but I also have reference material and pics from the web. It took me a couple of days to get what I needed to start. If you do a"google" search and select "images" you will get lots of reference pics. Hope it helps...

I will post more pics in a couple of days.

Hi Marcos!!!!!!!!!

The paint really came out nice, this is my second attempt with this enamel automotive paints and this time I didn't used the hardener. It landed very smooth and dryed in about two days with a decent shine. The polishing wasn't as difficult as I expected so it took me just a couple of hours to get it done.

;)
