difference between revell charger kits?

Is there a difference between the 2011 special edition 68 charger release and this revell 68 charger release? looks like it may just be a lack of drag parts on the second one.

The one with the blue car on the box is a Revell of Germany issue. In all likelihood it will cost more than the Special Edition, at least in North America. Get the Special Edition, and be assured of getting the optional parts.
