Mike 1017 Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 The book American Sniper is being made into a movie by Clint Eastwood and is going to be released this Christmas. I did read the book and I could not put it down. I am sure that Clint Eastwood will do justice to the memory of Chris Kyle. Mike The only easy day was yesterday. Chris Kyle Rest In Peace. You kept America safe,
Lunajammer Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) It sucks that Jesse Ventura (in a court ruling) buffooned 1.8-million out of the guy. Chris Kyle had allegedly damaged Ventura's reputation by letting it slip that, according to the book, Ventura was the unnamed guy he smacked in a bar for badmouthing the Navy SEALS. As if Ventura needed any help damaging his own reputation. That's the sad irony. Yet Kyle, or rather his family, still has to pay. Way to be a public servant Jesse. Harry P. Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Clint Eastwood is my favorite living director. I'm sure he'll go a great job.

The70judgeman Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 I read both of Chris Kyle's books. His first book is "American Guns" for anyone that doesn't know, or is interested in another read by Chris. But, a movie about Chris might be interesting in itself. And Clint Eastwood directing...well he doesn't just take on any old movie.
