FordRodnKustom Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 My latest project. I picked this original AMT build up from an auction site. I always liked the looks of these. When I was a kid on Long Island the first time I saw one on the road I thought it was a customized 60 Ford...well I was only 8 at the time!. Getting there Going for a look similar to this...without the skirts and different wheels.
wayne swayze Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Good luck bringing this back. Looks like you're off to a stellar start!
StevenGuthmiller Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Looks like a great start Ron. I still have a partial '60 convertible laying around. Used some of the parts to build this one a couple of months ago. Steve
1 bad55 stan Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Great save on this one, looking real good at this stage,
Tom Geiger Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Cool! It's great that you got those skirts off without much damage. Those things are the curse of most built ups of that era!
Jaguar man 21 Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I like where this is going I'll be watching
peekay Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 Wow, what a transformation! So far, so good, and then some.
