New Subscription

My wife got me a subscription to Model Cars Magazine for Christmas. About how long before I see my first issue? Thanks.

How long after you get your check back should you recieve your first issue of the magazine? Anybody who gets the magazine out there?

It should be around 8 weeks, or about 2 more issues. But there was a problem and the December issue was delayed due to a computer crash, so the editor (Gregg) is catching up. (Maybe he was drinking and driving the computer, that's why he crashed it) So I guess you may see a bit more delay than usual but it'll eventually get there.

Seriously, the mag is getting caught up, great new look, will be on time, every time.

It does take 6-8 weeks for the first issue to arrive, like Izzy said.

You will probably get the January issue to start with.
