NitroMarty Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Revell's Impala snapper given the "Nitro Marty" treatment.... Shaved, slammed on "Hoppin' Hydro's" 20s, smoothed and two toned!!!!! Rear spoiler is from Revell's '06 Mustang.... Paint is Shimmrins Pearl Black and Candy Red. As always, your questions, comments and concerns are welcomed!
Raul_Perez Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Nice job there. Marty!! The only thing that you might try is a very thin pin stripe between the black and red...maybe an orange... I'd try it with pin striping tape first. If you really like it then you can mask it off and paint it, or just leave the tape on it... What do you think??? (Yes, I was bored...waiting for paint to dry on my 58 Impala...) Regards,

promodwillys41 Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Marty very cool looking impala and I too would add the pinstripe great job
kelson Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 Excellent looking car!i think the pinstripe would really complete the look.
mikemodeler Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 Very nice car and I love the two tone! The pinstripe is a definite must have and really sets the two colors apart! I picked up 4 or 5 of these at Michael's after Father's Day for $4.00 a piece and you have given me an idea of what to do with one of them! Thanks. MikeScheve
