Jantrix Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 wish i had more time to invest, some more detailing needed here. Finishing it with work quality you aren't happy with, is not much of a success. My advice is to put it away until you have more time and do it right. Some Bare Metal Foil would be your best investment here. Also a black wash of acrylic paint in the grill will make it really pop. the bottom doesn't seem to line up with the body, advice on the would be appreciated. Without actually seeing the issue it's hard to say what to do here. In the future repeated test fittings throughout the build process will allow you to deal with such problems before the body is fully painted.
Harry P. Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 I agree with Rob. If you don't have time to finish it, put it aside until you do have the time... and then finish it. And then post it "Under Glass."
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 My sister built one of these, she loved it! We pushed the bumpers up more, then glued the bumpers, and then pushed the chassis up higher.
