Maindrian Pace Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 That's wax, not polish. It's both, actually. I've been using it for the better part of 20 years, it's a gentle formula that won't bite into soft paints like Testors enamels, but can be used to polish out fine scratches left after using a polishing kit. I use a small piece of toilet paper with a few drops of water to use it as a polish, and it hasn't failed me yet. For use as a wax, use soft cotton cloth with lighter rubbing. From their site: The Treatment Model Wax This is the original Model Wax, deepens color on all painted or unpainted plastic. Removes fine scratches & helps eliminate imperfections. The secret of professional model builders for years. Can be used to buff out clear plastic or unpainted plastic surfaces, prevents styrene from glue fogging. Contains pure carnauba wax. http://thetreatment.com/modelwax
Snake45 Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 I don't think Treatment wax polishes out fine scratches so much as fills them in.
DeeCee Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Have always used Meguiar's show room shine, until i found Autoglym resin polish, way better in my opinion.
PARTSMARTY Posted October 28, 2014 Author Posted October 28, 2014 I APPRECIATE EVERYBODY'S OPINION.I ALSO USE OTHER THINGS AND ALWAYS WILLING TO EXPERIMENT ON MY MODEL'S. AND YES I'M 50%POLISH-LOL.

Harry P. Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I don't think Treatment wax polishes out fine scratches so much as fills them in. Exactly. A wax has no abrasive in it. If the "Treatment" is truly a wax, it has no cutting power, but rather fills in fine scratches, not remove them.
