question on the Revell 37 Ford pick up

I went to slide the fender section over the engine/Radiator and it wont go . Did I miss something or did Revell leave out on removeing the brace between the fenders where the radiator goes. with it in place the fenders wont go down on the frame. any help from any who has built it .

I had a similar issue with the Revell 1937 Delivery Van (which is basicly the same kit). I got the fenders on just fine as I installed them before I put the radiator in (I think), but I could not get the hood to close properly. It's like the radiator is too wide & too tall.

You should be able to slip the brace up under the radiator- if you look there should be a "step" in the radiator to fit it. The only way I could see it not fitting is if you installed the grille shell to the radiator before attaching the fenders.
