Display Cases?!

Hey all. I have been looking for some display cases for my builds as they are getting ruined by dust. I know that there are a lot of types out there, but I wanted to know what you guys prefer. I like the looks of the mirrored based ones a lot. What I don't like are ones that are cheap looking and have beveled edges on the clear acrylic. Can you please let me know what brand or type you have been successful in finding? And of course, can you post pics please?

I believe you meant single car display cases. In that case(snicker) I like the IMEX brand one I found in a mom-n-pop LHS last year. I'll repost with a pic of the box if you want. I have also seen ads for the AMT ones and they look really cool too. I don't believe they're in production anymore, but I'm guessing.

Well, I guess I had a moment of not so much clarity with that last comment, lol. That case looks expensive to me though. Doesn't seem like you can put a whole lot in there either. Looks great though. I could see a few more shelves in it and being so much nicer.

I really like the AMT single display case. You can still find them online I believe, even though I too heard they were out of production. Shame, I like mine and it was inexpensive. You can see it Here in the "Under Glass" section. I got mine for 5 bucks or so at Walmart. It included a mylar reflective sheet and twisty tie-downs with a variety of punch holes on the base plate.

I'm also interested in what brand everyone else is using for single display cases. Locally, I have no variety at all. Walmart discontinued their model section entirely, Hobby Lobby and Michaels don't have any display cases, and I have no hobby shops around me.

If you can find an A.C. Moore craft store, they carry various sizes. Unless that sale I picked one up with was a clearance sale..... They aren't as nice as the AMT ones but they do get the job done.
