Novus question

After polishing with the Novus system, will I have any problems brush painting details, attaching parts with glue, or applying decals? Or doing anything else to the polished body, for that matter... will it damage already brush painted details? Thanks,

I haven't had any problems applying decals after using it. Novus is a polish not a wax but I clean with Dawn and rinse with water before decaling too.

it might, though, damage brush detailed areas if you rub too hard or too long. it is basically an abrasive in solution so it does remove paint.

edit to add: but as far as I know it will only remove paint by abrasion, not by chemical reaction or anything like that.

As John said, it's a polish, not a wax. I polish mine with Novus polishes all of the time & then detail after with no problems at all. Steve
