unclescott58 Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 I've never really liked the looks of the '37 Fords. That said, I'm very impress with how nice your model turned out. Beautiful. Even if it doesn't turn me into a '37 Ford fan. Scott
Duntov Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 This is seriously nice work--- Just a classic piece of work!!! Regards Bill (Duntov)
Ramfins59 Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Beautiful model Ray. As everyone else has said, great paint.
Helix Posted January 22, 2015 Author Posted January 22, 2015 Many thanks for the further comments guys, much appreciated !
Mr Stock Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Ray thats beautiful, I wish I could get Black to lay down that nice, but then like you mention you have the weather on your side, we certainly don't in the UK its pretty cold at the moment. Are the tamiya compounds good?, Ive been meaning to try them but keep pitting it off. Great build mate
Helix Posted January 22, 2015 Author Posted January 22, 2015 Thanks Gary, I've used the Tamiya compounds on most of my builds and I'm very impressed how the stuff works with a good cloth
brw Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Ray, your build is awesome!. Iwas wondering how you made the rear fenders fit the body? It seems there was a slight gap back there. Bruce
Helix Posted January 23, 2015 Author Posted January 23, 2015 Cheers Bruce, yes it's a tight fit back there mate, but with a bit of downward pressure it looks snug!
10thumbs Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Thanks Ray for the tips about lighting. I need to do more and better lighting for my pics. Michael
DeeCee Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Yet another superb build there Ray, love it mate.
carrucha Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Cool coupe. The wheel/tire combo really improves this kit.
