Woohoo! Big-scale modern tanks in 2015. 1/16 T-72 and M1A1!

Neato. The only other currently-serving tanks I know of in 1/16 are Tamiya's Leopard 1 and 2...and they are not cheap. The T-72 will be made by Trumpeter. I might have to splurge when it hits the stores.

Edited to add M1A1. I did some searching for the T-72 and saw they will also be releasing an M1A1. That is the tank I served on when I was in the Army. Definitely getting one of those.

I built tank kits back in the 50's and I doubt that I'll ever go back to them. However I also built planes back then and I finished one last year that's now hangin' from the ceiling. Hmmm???
