It was a very nice good day at the swap meet. Temps in the 80s..(sorry mid-westerners). I found this '63 Fairlane on a table full of models...it is brush painted Red...

Hmmmm, I wonder if Revell's excellant '64 Fairlane chassis would fit under here..?

Albert, to answer your question, yes the thunderbolt chassis will fit. Depending on how far you want to go,you can take the engine compartmant out and just exchange them, or you can modifiy the front wheel wells on the thunderbolt frame to allow it to slip up into the 63 body,without cutting out the e/c of the 63.But the wheel bases do match as does the width.Go for it! Oh yeah it was like 2 degrees yesterday with a windchill of minus 15. yes it was cold, but it makes you appericiate summer that much more.(and theres ABSOLUTLY no chance of sliding into ANY ocean here in Michigan!) George(yeah, i'm freezin my nuts off!)53

You lucky stiffs were above zero?!?! We spent the entire day yesterday below. Too darn cold to live. :lol:
