stitchdup Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I finished this the other night. It is built from an old amt 3in1 kit that was in pretty poor shape with the roof already chopped(not by me, it was different height on each side). Lots of mods and repairs to the body to get it into better shape. Olds 442 engine, headlights pulled back, extended hood with lexan panel, extended roll pans front and rear with cut down bumpers inside, interior door panels made from card and uncooked spagetti, mercedes wheel trims, first attempt at a scallop paint job, lowered as much as possible without having to chop up the frame, smaller headlights, trunk and fins extended, 62 chevy dash and cut down nova steering wheel, parts box seats. The windows were already glued in when i got this kit so all work was done with windows fitted and I have done the best I could to clean them
Dyno Davo Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Lots of work gone into that build. Well done
DumpyDan Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Well not bad, I like the look, I bet you are good at sanding filler. Car looks good nice save!

TheRX7Project Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Neat take on a 57. Nice to see one that isn't stock or a hot rod. "The Finned Frog"
