Petetrucker07 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I just noticed you switched the steers out for Revell.
Tesla Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Awesome paint job Ken! Can you explain the cotton swabbed paint method?
Ken Gilkeson Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 Clayton that kit is revell, building both it and the amt at the same time. Dennis I'll show a how to when I get a new camera.

Tesla Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Clayton that kit is revell, building both it and the amt at the same time. Dennis I'll show a how to when I get a new camera. Thanks Ken. I'll be looking forward to it

Ken Gilkeson Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 busywhy I don't use future. this bottle is a few yrs. old.
Roadrunner Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 I'm working on the older version of the same kit right now. Looks like you're doing a nice job. If you don''t mind my asking, why are most of your photos black and white?
Ken Gilkeson Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 I build with a lamp in my basement that throws off a yellow hue that shows in alot of color pics. I do happen to like b&w though, not intentional. the one you are building with the brown truck on the box, was my very first truck as a kid. painted it black and got paint all over the windows. hehe ;-))
guitarsam326 Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Ken I like the white walls, it reminds me of an old KW add( at least I think it was KW?) Either way your paint jobs are outstanding! I also like your photography because its different, every little detail may not show up but it looks great to me! Edited March 26, 2015 by guitarsam326
fantacmet Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 WOW Never seen future like that. I have a bottle that is over 10 years old, still clear. Still full too as I lost it until I moved. LOL. Good job on the rig so far. Love the color combo on there.
