zaina Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 Got everything painted and started assembly and weathering. Not sure if I'm going to use the roof. What do you guys think?
Petetrucker07 Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Honestly, the cab seems a bit short. It looks good both ways though. Nice job on both the paint and weathering.
zaina Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 At first I thought the can was short but after looking at some images on google it looks about right. Here is a better angle that doesn't make it look so short.
Tesla Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Excellent weathering and paint. It looks good with and without the cab.
426-Hemi Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 -I have been trying to locate the Cat D8H but they're a long shot..... Just because I've always been a fan of "CAT" so............ whats the kit like tho? I'm unfamiliar with it as far as building it...... GREAT start I got to say! NICE work!

Lots and lots of pieces. Some things don't fit the best but others fit great. The instructions leave little to be desired at times.
Brizio Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Very nice! Are using it for stop the white Mustang? Kind of Vanishing Point?

Brizio Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 I know it was a Challenger, that's why I wrote "kind of VP"...
72 Charger Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Looks good . But why didn't you paint the tracks ?

I'm not real hip on the Mopar cars, i constantly mix up the early 70s Mopar names. I'm a diehard Chevy guy.
zaina Posted June 30, 2015 Author Posted June 30, 2015 Still pluggin away at this one. About all that's left is to weather the dozer. I wanted to see how it looked with a tractor so I hooked up an unfinished ca hauler.
Petetrucker07 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Very cool. This is gonna be a good lookin setup when your done.
gatorincebu Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 Andy, You are doing a great job on this project. Your weathering is coming along nicely. Your cab looks good. Be Well Gator

If you slow down the movie and pause it as the car hits the dozer, it is actually a white Camaro that gets destroyed and burns. Presto-chango hollywood magic car. The cat looks great. Weathering looks real.
Atmobil Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Fantastic looking dozer, I love it. Your weathering job really makes it looks realistic and I like the cab a lot. I got the kit myself and one day I will build it and it will be something similar to this I think
