1937 Chevy Taildragger

Haven't done a build thread in awhile so here we go...

This is an older AMT kit I got on eBay super cheap. It was the one with the yellow gasser on the box. My plans are a traditional custom with the usual goodies: caddy wheel covers, chopped, lowered, shaved etc etc. I also plan on shoehorning a Buick nailhead under the hood as well.

I plan on scratch building the fender skirts and using a steering wheel from a 49 ford, unless I can find an early 50s Chevy butterfly wheel. Anybody know where I can get one?

Box Stock except for the wheel covers. Sniped them out of the AMT Mercury Kit. Lowered the Suspension a little bit and Painted it Hoduras Maroon. Enjoy

Where can I find these? It seems like they stopped making them which is unfortunate. I really like the looks of them and the fact that they are machined. Any word on whether or not we'll see these in production again?

Revell Custom 1950 Oldsmobile

Does anyone know if this kit comes with pad printed white walls or the decal ones that come with the regular 1950 Olds? Also, I see that the grill is molded together with the bumper? What gives? Has anyone tried using this on an AMT 51 Chevy Fleetline? Id love to try it if it does... How is the Included Rocket 88? Thanks in advance...
