Monty
Wow, I like what you're doing on this. Is this the Model King/AMT kit? I can't wait to see this finished.
fordmoparman01
That's awesome!! I'm gonna like this! Ya know, minus the red paint and leave it white....it's an Uncle Jesse truck from the Dukes of Hazzard And it appears to be a 73/74, Same as Jesse's. cobra98
Thank fellas Monty, this is an early amt kit,not the M/K re-issue, although they are pretty much the same, except for the grille. Made a bit of progress...finished drivetrain,427 from 66 galaxie kit,& exhaust. Still needs final assembly & exterior details. Chassis & mock-up pics.... Monty
Thank fellas Monty, this is an early amt kit,not the M/K re-issue, although they are pretty much the same, except for the grille. Wow, dumb question on my part. I've got this kit ("Boonie Boss") stashed away in one of my storage closets. May I ask what red you used for the bottom half of the truck? It looks like the perfect shade for this one.

RodneyBad
Great looking Truck. Black washed grill looks good. I think ya picked just the right color for an old ford. Nice work.
Eshaver
Some great looking work there ! Still I would go back and run the exaust out from the mufflers to actually exit past the body. I wouldn't want to suffocate from the fumes even as a 1-25th scale driver . Ed Shaver
