When I was thinking I'm doing final assembly came an unexpected... Axis is more thin than diff and I didn't saw this on pre-assembly...

Cut off axis in 2 pieces.

I finished some parts

My friend Drago asked to me "why didn't you gave a special attention to diff? It's a showcar..." I'm think about it and I re-worked diff...

Awesome work Cesar. Wheels rings and lips and pulleys are the biggest two reasons that I want a lathe.

  • 3 weeks later...

Thank you guys and sorry for my delayed!

@Rick: You can do much more with a lathe... This is the best toy for our hobby!! Buy it if you can... you'll do a lot of great stuff for your models.

@Ron: I'd used automotive Crystal Antimon Gray from 722 Mclaren.... PPG Code is mer701, with flat clear coated.

I'm too near to the end, but side and rear windows are broke because a little mistake during painting... I was strip out paint with degreaser and windows cracked and broke.

My great friend Cliff sent me out a windows set and when they arrive I'll paint them and the final assembly will start.

Thank you guys!!

Cesar
