72 Charger
With the advent of a new mad max film I just wondered if there would be a load of new model cars being released? Does anyone know anything?
disabled modeler
No idea Dave but Id be happy with the ones from the first movie... Black interceptor MFP yellow/blue cars red panel his wife drove was thinking they could make a cool diorama with figures.
Dragline
Let us hope so. The prices on kits that are available is stratospheric.
checkmate
They'd be all buggy type things anyway. It would be good to see them do as you guys mentioned the cars out of the first movie. The MFP cars, the Interceptor, the van and even Night Riders Monaro. No one has done an accurate kit of any of them so far, Aoshima's kit is the most accurate out of them but even it's not the best in the accuracy stakes so a few new issues would be great. espo
Mad Max, no academy award just good excitement and entertainment. Top Gear had the young actor who will be the new Mad Max on, and in the interview he was telling how they all drove most of their own stunts. He is also a pretty good driver doing the "reasonable priced car" in 1:47.

Frank
All those vehicles are available in 1/25 scale in plastic and in resin. Except the black interceptor, the others are all available at thepartsbox.com including decals for the MFP yellow/blue cars.

That would be nice but with a budget like mine....

checkmate
I've never seen a resin kit of Max's van, my mate moulded a few but never sold them commercially. The others aren't real accurate.
Helix
Like a couple of guys said 'The Parts Box' do the yellow MFP Not sure who did this one, but it's pretty good Cheers Ray
checkmate
Chris Schumann "Shoey" did the van, I've got a couple but they weren't for sale to the general public. He also did his own XB which was more in scale than the one pictured and did an incredible mad max crash diorama.http://ozautobuilders.forum-motion.com/t7119-mad-max-crash-scene

Zarana-X
Everything from Fury Road is so wildly modified, I don't think it would be feasible for a manufacturer to make new kits. The only ones plausible are the silver Falcon, the old sedan monster truck and maybe the twin engined 32.
