hobbybobby
And it goes on. Here is another small, but important part, it comes also from the Chuck Wagon kit... http://www.showrods.com/showrod_pages/chuck_wagon.html ... mounted on the tip of the tube... ... and garnished with a little color... Roadrunner
Very intersting project. More work than I'd care to do, but definitely cool.
hobbybobby
Thank you very much! In the beginning, I wanted to use the original fuel tank, but I do not like it more... ... the one from the Beer Wagon kit fits in my opinion much better... http://www.showrods.com/showrod_pages/beer_wagon.html ... and mounted to its new destination... Hope, you like it.

hobbybobby
Thank you all very much for the nice words, I really do appreciate them! And it goes on. I tried first, to connect this holder with a superglue, but, it always broke down again... Then I have it stuck with a two-part adhesive, after two days in this position: ... now it holds and with a little paint over it... Hope, you like it. hobbybobby
Thank you very much! Well, such a build retreat to the length... ... and never seem to be ready... ... but, where is the fun factor? Sometimes, much more fun are the heavy paths and the journey is the destination... Green = Leek, comes from a PLAYMOBIL®- set Rosy = Flower, comes from another PLAYMOBIL®- set Yellow = Hat, comes from a Kinder Egg- Gimmick figure White = a piece of polystyrene I let the pictures speak... Dirty Dave
I am intrigued.
hobbybobby
Thank you, Dave, glad you like it... Well, yes, the flower pot, I could quickly make it on the lathe... ... but, where is the fun factor? Here's a possibility if you have no lathe on Hand... The hat loses his sun protection... This is an inner rim, i do not remember from which kit... I need only this ring... ... and with a little adjustment, it fits... ... and here is a small compilation of all parts... Hope, you like it,
mustang1989
This is cool! I do have one question....................where does this go on the model?
hobbybobby
Thank you, Joe! This is cool! I do have one question....................where does this go on the model? Not so fast, first comes a little color... ... and now it comes to its final place... Hope, you like it.

Dirty Dave
I am imagining the flower somehow suddenly glowing red when the brake pedal is tapped.

hobbybobby
I am imagining the flower somehow suddenly glowing red when the brake pedal is tapped. Hmm, this could be interpreted, Dave, it would be certainly another possibility...
hobbybobby
And it goes on. I was often asked if I steal my children their toys... ... You can be assured, my kids do not miss their toys, these are all my own... I order these parts on ebay, there are some cool vendors who take their cause seriously, and with whom I like to do business. The only disturbing thing is, the time it is applied to search, Things that you know exactly how they should look, and that they are also available... ... but just then, they are nowhere to be found... Just like these three things for the planned dio... ... it has taken an eternity to find this, and again as long to keep it in the hands... I've started primarily to paint the barrel from the Beer Wagon kit... There is still much to do... Dirty Dave
I recognized that Beer Wagon barrel straight-away. The bubble in the bottle casting is interesting. I've turned those out of clear rod before.
