chunkypeanutbutter
Fooling around with a Chevy bed on this Datsun..... V8, possibly?
chunkypeanutbutter
The bed's crooked in the last picture, but it's EXACTLY the right size for the cab. Maybe widebody fenders on the front?
Pete J.
Wow, that reminds me of the old days. As I recall in the mid to late 70's someone was doing a dually conversion on Toyotas. They looked a little weird but that sold well!
chunkypeanutbutter
My dad worked on every kind of car back in the 80s and he said Datsuns were always good cars.

chunkypeanutbutter
I shy away from lifted trucks when they're unnecessary. I live in Maine and the stupid things are EVERYWHERE. I mean, it's fine if you actually use it but a lot of people around here just tool around in 'em. Saw a lifted S-10 a while ago, bright yellow with huge wheels... eww. I might make a mud run truck out of it though... good opportunity for weathering.
